For Building 2781, our team provided full MEPFP/QFPE design services focused on the renovation of a military motor pool facility. This effort included the redesign of HVAC systems, integration of two high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans to improve air movement and occupant comfort in open bay areas, redesigned electrical system, redesigned plumbing layouts, fire alarm, and Qualified Fire Protection Engineering (QFPE) in compliance with UFC 3-600-01.
