The electrical project scope included detailed power distribution planning, lighting layouts, and telecom rough-ins to support a modern, code-compliant medical office facility. The electrical needs of various types of medical equipment were addressed such as X-Ray equipment, etc. The design adheres to NFPA 70 (NEC), IBC, and local authority requirements, ensuring operational safety and energy efficiency.

Key electrical deliverables included full electrical riser diagrams, feeder circuit schedules, panelboard layouts, and coordination of specialty systems such as GFCI protection, emergency lighting with battery backup, and fire alarm interlocks.
