At the Lonestar Specialties facility in Lone Star, TX, we performed a detailed arc flash hazard assessment to help site management identify electrical safety risks and ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance. Our team conducted a full field survey, developed one-line diagrams from scratch, and modeled protective device behavior using real equipment data. This allowed us to deliver an accurate profile of potential arc flash energy levels throughout the facility.

As a result, the facility received tailored arc flash labels, safe working boundaries, and PPE requirements for each electrical asset. These outcomes not only protect personnel and equipment but also give management the tools and documentation needed to support a safety-driven maintenance program, reduce liability, and plan future upgrades with confidence.
