As part of a major mechanical renovation at Fort Moore’s Building 35, our team delivered a full-scope MEP effort focused on upgrading the facility’s chilled water system. This included the replacement of primary and secondary chilled water pumps, reconnection and testing of existing components, and modifications to existing structural pads to accommodate the new HVAC equipment.

The design emphasized system reliability and continuity of operation, incorporating detailed demolition coordination, vibration isolation, equipment sequencing, and insulation upgrades. Our scope also covered precise reconfiguration of mechanical room piping, support structures, and pump integration, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to facility operations.
