Building 4652
Our scope for Building 4652 focused on providing QFPE services as part of the TEMF renovation initiative. While much of the design shared common standards with Building 3003, we ensured that specific configurations and documentation were tailored to Building 4652’s layout and code compliance requirements. Coordination with USACE and local authorities ensured approval with minimal revisions.

Building 3003
For Building 3003, we reviewed the full fire alarm and mass notification system design, including battery load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and detailed product data. Submittals also included qualifications for supervising and testing technicians to ensure compliance with system performance standards. Our efforts supported the upgrade and integration of a new addressable fire alarm system into the existing building.
